I didn't realize you were running both the short course race and the long course race. I watched the short course race, nice dodge at the end to get across the line for second. I'll have to go back and watch the long course race. A little different footing for the two races I'm sure. Gotta be nice to have the group you have there in Flag, bunch of grinders going to work every day.
Beta-alanine is converted in the body to a substance called carnosine, which works within the muscle cells to keep pH stable. - Baking soda, on the other hand, provides carbonate ions that circulate in the blood, stabilizing pH levels outside the muscle cells. Runners world article.
Come back to the Maryborough park run!! Years ago you came and I was tiny, please come back some time
One day I will!!!
We would all love that, they talk about you a lot there, since u set the record.

Thanks Kevin!! Was a crazy race! Ended up giving the long course a miss and doing a workout instead. Video from that will be coming out soon
More like a slight incline workout rather than a hill workout 😃
Go run up it then tell me if your comment stands
@@adam_foggKeep up the great work 👍
Where in Flagstaff is this hill?
I just got the UA shakedown Elite, my question is how can I get a pair of velociti elites?
Great stuff!! They’re available on the under armour website

I don’t know the full science behind it but think that’s essentially what it’s supposed to do
😂that is not a hill that’s a tiny incline
You’d call it a hill if you ran up it
“We’ll either feel good or really really awful” can be said for any workouts or runs.
Well technically yes
