I'll be honest. Mistral is kinda mid. Needed more time to develop character. Monsoon got a good long cutscene to do so, Sam and Sundowner were around for long enough so we got to know them well. Blade wolf got his own dlc like sam and the entire game to develop character. And Armstrong got the final boss and that was enough.
I honestly love almost everything song in mgr but my top 3 and they're all equal for me are red sun, stranger I remain, and the only thing I know for real.
