Hello doctor.. Could you please make a video about how to adduct fingers and how to initiate adduction in fingers of the hand? I had a stroke.. I can abduct my finger but can't able to adduct them
I will add that one to my list, but it becomes a little difficult because the small muscles between your digits that ADduct are within your hand. Most of the time people work on adducting the thumb and pinky as those muscles are easier to trigger. If you want to start out working on adduction, I suggest working on forming grasp as shown in one of the pad placement videos and trying to volitionally assist the electricity in forming a fist. Your fingers naturally ADduct when that occurs.
