An INCREDIBLE few hours at Crewe Station with a great variation of freight and passenger moves throughout, some of which were completely unexpected.
Crewe station is in Cheshire and is situated on the West Coast Mainline, Welsh Marches Line & North Wales Coast Line. Services by Caledonian Sleeper, Avanti West Coast, West Midlands Trains, Northern, East Midlands Railway, CrossCountry & Transport For Wales can be seen here.

What was with that 175 ECS movement? Is it going to another operator?
I believe all remaining 175s which haven’t been moved from Shrewsbury are going to Barton for de branding and then they’re being stored at Crewe south yard. They’re being dragged from Shrewsbury with ROG locomotives, I am not sure if it is normal for them to run under their own power as it was quite a surprise and this was a VSTP working.

ROG 37s have so many different attachments they can couple to pretty much anything
