Awesome! You think you are able to do like the easy shiner in 4,5“ ? maybe you could try painting the surface with epoxy resin, i hope you can spray thinner then. just like the easy shiner is.
I could probably make something like that. I am taking a break from RUclips at the moment I have too much going on right now but ill be back. I don't think you can spray epoxy on soft plastics because it will be to rigged. The do make spray on clear coat for soft plastics but I've never tried it before.
I havent had too many issues yet. You just have to keep light pressure and keep the temperature as low as possible. Ive had molds warp on me when I inject it too hot or push too hard. With these molds i usually try and keep the temp as close to 300 as possible.
Thank you all of my models are on my thingiverse page which is linked in the description. I am not sure what a titex model is. I appreciate the offer of donation but don't worry about that.
Yes you definitely can. I am not sure if I tested this particular mold with it but I've done stuff the same size. It will have a shot life though. With petg you just have to be carful with temperatures and pressure. Try to shoot as cool and with as little pressure you can to get a finished bait. Not sure what temps you can print at but I print the polycarbonate blend in the video at 255c. I also just posted version 2 of this mold which should make it easier on you.
So I were to get the material and print this do I need a space heater and a "tent"? If so what space heater and what setting do I use with it? We are really considering printing these. TYIA@@HandCraftedAngling
@@roccofilippi1418 Definitely do not need a heater. The ambient temperature of the print bed should be enough. You may be able to get away with no tent. I would try it without one before you go ahead and buy it. The edges might be slight warped without it, but the material usually has enough flex to it that it can be shut with bolts or clamps. You can definitely try the petg first but you may have some issues with warping there. This is what I use tinyurl.com/yu99c3as
Hey man. I am about to give up on trying to print this. Just got an enclosure and it didn't help. Now I just ordered a dryer. Can u send me the actual autocad files for this? I might see if my guy at work can mill it.
Sorry your having so many issues with it. You can send me an email which can be found in my RUclips bio and I’ll send it over in whatever file format you need. If you want to you could describe the problems your are having and send me some pictures via email maybe I can diagnose it.
Awsome awsome!! Good stuff man il have to buy that pla you have then give it a shot! Appreciate ya !
Thank you Glad you like it!

I really wanna learn how to do this
Its a fun hobby. I have a tutorial series on how to print the mold.
So that polycarbonate blend plastic wont melt when injecting hot plastisol??

PLEASE DO A 2.5” PLEASE
Taking a bit of a break from soft plastics right now but I like that idea.
@ ok
Great job
How do I see your solid models?
How do I donate to your channel?
Do you have titex models?

I have an Ender S1 and was wondering if I can make the mold out of Petg? I cant print at the temp that PC demands.

almost a 1k sub
Yes I am very excited!
is there anyway i would be able to get the fusion 360 file?
Send me an email, I will see if I still have it.
