I know you have both psn and xbl, so get back to me on that. Oh it would also be nice if you could provide some input on the Ky/Sol matchup in the Dustloop Matchup Chart Project. Like how Orrax did, since you're a Mod :)
and Sol's damage is definitely up in +R lol. The only thing you could say does less is combos from CH 2D, and if you're near corner dustloop makes up for that probably. He can do 90% of the same combos he always could in AC so I'm not sure where the idea that he does less damage now came from. I guess its because of the health buff makes it look that way.

It's also important to note that Sidewinder does extra damage when it clean hits compared to if you hit too high or too low on the opponent's hitbox.
Of course the groin is the spot for a Clean Hit.
Good point, I neglected to mention that. It does do significantly more damage on clean hit.

it could be because you hit them too close to the corner and they bounce back far enough to go behind you
