I'm not a doctor, but I'm Hypermobile and 46. My experience so far has been that Hypermobility has led to a lifetime of inadvertently misusing my joints, resulting in arthritis and joint pain later in life. I get muscle stiffness and fatigue just from holding myself together. The good news is that there is more information out there now about how to strengthen and stabilize your joints, and better, safer ways to move so that you don't overstrain your connective tissue.
Thank you. Shoulder stability is so hard for me. This should really help.
So glad to help

In theory yes we get less Hypermobile as we age but it doesn’t always mean other symptoms improve.
