Ocelot Price great in token commander decks. You’re doubling your potential token production for a one mana investment that pushes you towards Ascend on its own. I stuck one in my Satya energy deck and it’s one of the most dangerous cards in there.
ocelot pride is in my caesar deck, at the beginning of endstep after i made 14 tokens i make 14 more and its doubled by my doublers......it was needed along with ajani and avacyn

I play commander. Zinnia offspring ocelot pride. Then make any other tokens and ocelot pride is gonna basically double all those tokens. Its fantastic.
I wouldn't put it past WOTC to put Ocelot Pride into a Secret Lair, or Special Guest, or just print it into standard to get sales. I have always wondered if they made this for Lost Caverns, and then took it out for some reason It would fit into Ixalan perfectly.
Your take on bringing back restricted cards could materialize. Deck restrictions can make for better play environments. I wish I could justify spending over $15 on non reserve list cards. The downside risk on all of this is "Too Damn high!"

I think they need to change the burden counters to attach to the player not the ring. Frodo carried the burden not the ring.
