An old case of how ent companies couldn't handle their shit with their own artists and how the world put him under a magnifying glass for something he wasn't allowed to explain for himself. He's korean American ofc there's such a huge cultural difference too, trainee days were so hard and the shit he saw? They used to beat the crap out of trainees for messing up dances and lyrics. He wanted to explore his passions and ended up in a bootcamp and had to made the inner culture of Korea his home. And just when he did, no one would even help him sort out this little mess or support him. I'm surprised that I came across this video to remember all this nonsense but be glad to realize that he's doing so well from creating for his own passions.
