Has anyone received a refund from this company? They couldn't deliver bike for two months, so I wanted a refund. I've been waiting for over a month now, and I haven't heard from anyone for over a week, and before that they tried to extend the time to give my money back. I don't want to make a shitstorm, but I will, if it turns out that they stole my money. Is PVY a scam company? I think other people should know that before they consider buying something from them.

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. It's of very poor quality. It may look nice and work well for the first few months, but then you'll start seeing problems. I've had mine for over 6 months. After the first time I folded it, the handlebar folding pin came off in my hand. The battery no longer charges fully, and with the little charge it does hold, I can't go more than a couple of kilometers. The charger doesn't work properly anymore either. To top it off, the customer service is awful and slow. They take weeks to respond. I'm still waiting to hear what I should do now that the bike is unusable. Spend a few hundred euros more on another product because it will definitely be worth it.
