Enjoyed the video. That was the first time being able to see downtown Kansas City Missouri on foot. I did ride in my van with my nurse driving me to my son's photo exhibition in a gallery going north on that same road and crossing the bridge that you and your lovely wife walked over with the highway running underneath. That was several years ago. We were late because we spent almost a full hour and a half a tank of gas trying to find the right building. Boy I sure do babble. Well to conclude this, I really appreciate the both of you sharing your experience with your third eye filming it on your head and braving the bitter cold that day. I'm looking forward to going the same route as you did in my wheelchair when the weather gets nicer.

I'm glad you enjoyed it Michael! I think of you when I make all my videos now. We sure don't take it for granted that we get to go out on foot or on bike--though we've had some injuries that have prevented us for some months at times, and we've had to fight our way back. Our hearts are with you, and you've kept the faith and a good spirit, that's evident. I didn't know you were local, Michael! Maybe we'll get a chance to meet.

@@mcpastor63 I'm currently of this day (04/10/2023) watching your, "Indian trail "video. I was watching it on the flatscreen TV because I was pointing out the route I take which is the same on your video after she drives me to my dentist on 151st St. and Mur-Len. Last week after a dental cleaning the weather was so nice I had her take my van back to my apartment on 127 St. and Mur-Len in Olathe, while I road in my wheelchair to the Indian Creek trail and behind the Mid Nazarene University with a few short cuts off the trail to my apartment a short 6 miles away. I had to pause the video while she's taking her break. When we resume, I plan on showing her where the trail ends down south so that if everything goes well getting up and weatherwise, she can drive me to the southernmost beginning, tomorrow so that I can take my time and enjoy the ride back to my apartment. My chair goes 20 miles on a full charge, so it should be doable.
If you don't mind, would you say a little prayer for my mother. She is in the Olathe Medical Center with a heartbeat that is fluctuating from 80 to 133 heartbeats a minute and she is 88 years old. If could you put a little prayer for a safe trip for me tomorrow I would be grateful.. Matthew 18:20
P.S. Your videos are entertaining and informative. They're showing my nurse where I would be if my chair were to break down. God bless you and your lovely wife and everyone dear to you.

@@michaelgoodman1348 Thanks Michael. I’ll certainly pray for your mother, and for you on your adventurous ride tomorrow! I wish I could get off work and meet up with you. I’ll have to come visit you sometime if you would like. I’m looking forward to hearing about it! I’m glad my videos are helpful :) Oh, by the way, the park at the south end of the trail where I turned around is called Hampton Park. There is no parking lot there, but the residential streets are wide and kind of quiet, not crazy with traffic.

Thanks, friend, you’re very kind. It was my first city walk video and I learned a few things. I get a little dizzy watching it back since it was a cap-mounted camera. My head was on a swivel looking for cars at intersections! :)

@@mcpastor63 I sensed it (camera on hat/helmet). Dash mounting the camera might help (you know better). I am looking forward to seeing your new work.
