Wow I really appreciate it! Thank you!
Very nice tie. Being a fly/ jig tier, your content is spot on for anyone wanting to learn to tie.
You make the dub material look so easy!!! This is a beautiful jig!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Man, don't stop! Love your content! Cheers from Brazil!
You did amazing on this ty. Your spot on relating this into a profile. That is what the fish see most of and this jig my friend is perfect. I will be ty these in abundance. Awesome job once again
Very nice!! You used a different way to incorporate the the dubbing in as a collar, awesome technique!! The jig turned out great, nice profile and color combination!! Sweet, thanks for sharing!!
Love your minnow jigs man, they look super realistic
Awesome looking jig, love those small jigs. You should do some videos on painting heads and attaching eyes.
Thank You for another great video.
I like that jig a lot.
Seriously going to sub with 4 of my accounts just so I dont miss anything. Your videos are amazing. The narration, music, tone of voice. Just love it all. Ill be tying some of your stuff here in Colorado !!!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Yup, looks like cherry cola 🍒, cool name. I like how that collar over the chenille makes an almost seamless transition from the lead head to the body. I achieved that once with a 1/4 oz bucktail jig I tie for walleye on a "live bait" jig using a build up of red thread and left enough for a classic red "gill" collar. I don't know if the fish care but I was happy with it and that means confidence in fishing. I'll have to try your ice dub collar technique the next time I tie. Great job, thanks.
Thank you. I also tie jigs for gills and crappie. This tie makes me think of a lot more color combinations to do. The way you tie in those collars is going to be great for me because I've always struggled with that dubbing material. Thank you very much. God bless.
Outstanding looking jig my friend, I’ll definitely be tying a few of these. Thanks bud Be Safe.
Very nice tie!
Looks great, thanks for the tutorial!!!!
Nice jig like that color
great looking fly m8!!!
I think I will scale this one down to Euro-jig for trout.
Awesome jig
That is sweet nice job
good jig for blue gills
Love it
Very good sir
👍🤙
Very very nice. Keep the ties coming! What jighead is that? Love the eye!!
I just bought some round 1/32 oz jigs from eBay. I put the eyes on myself. The eyes are Fish Skull Living Eyes in Earth color.
I’ve been looking into getting stuff to tie my own flies and jigs, do you think it’s more cost effective in the long run?
Im guessing it will end up costing you more to tie your own jigs. Unless you plan to sell them. I used to sell them and ended up making more than I spent on materials. So it depends.
What tool are you using to wrap the thread?
Can you provide also provide a link for the vice?
I use a Renzetti traveler vise. A bobbin is used to wrap the thread.
How can I order some sir
