Later, Link found success with his own band. Luigi sadly couldn't forget Mario and spent most of his life surrounded by ghosts. Thanks Mario for all the memories.

I appreciate the work put into Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge on Seattle. I don't know how common it is, but that's probably my favorite track on the album, and I'm so glad this is whole albums and not singles because that's the kind of song I'd be disappointment to find out got left out.
That song has always been a personal favourite of mine too, even now about 23 years after I first heard it. I’m a massive Nirvana fan but I came to them about six years after it was all over.

I’m in agreement with everyone on here. Rick Beato stated that he felt Kurt had a sophisticated ear when it came to music. I completely agree. The dynamic song structure throughout all three albums, arrangement of melody and unceasing ability to create catchy hooks that sounded original, yet familiar was uncanny.

I’m in agreement with everyone on here. Rick Beato stated that he felt Kurt had a sophisticated ear when it came to music. I completely agree. The dynamic song structure throughout all three albums, arrangement of melody and unceasing ability to create catchy hooks that sounded original, yet familiar was uncanny.
people just argue that its just power chords, thats the issue. But he played weird chords too and played power chords weird as well. also his solos were fuckin weird. All in a good way that maintained a pop sensibility.
really creative uses of sounds here, feels like this one had even more variety of SM64 instrumentation than on your nevermind cover, Mario's wailing was genius on scentless apprentice. and the plucky guitar for heart shaped box was fun too. Serious props man, these go hard

This really highlights how good of a melody writer kurt was.its usually hidden under a raspy voice and distortion.
I love how towards the end of track 2 it does sound like Mario is really trying his best to sing the 1988 Nirvana song 'Blandest' over it.
