this is a nice alternative to the resignation of his life at langley in his other ending (save songbird). he's very "it is what it is" in the other ending, and continues to delude himself about what he did and continues to do for songbird. this is the first time seeing reed actually at relative peace with himself, which is a nice addition after going through what he does.
after reed killed the twins for no reason, only right ending is to kill reed 😄
Like they said, The twins were already dangerous people who have exploited/killed people so killing them was no issue

@@oscarteaa It was cold blooded no matter how you look at it. Also, it's heavily implied that Reed zero'd Jacob and Taylor. You don't get any closure text from them. Also V him/herself is not exactly a saint.
The twins were already criminals who would gladly kill or ruin anyone who got in their way. I'm surprised so many people were surprised Reed and Alex wiped them. What did people think they meant when they said they'd handle them? Reed made it pretty clear he'd have killed slider if the Blackwall link hadn't fried him first. They weren't going to leave any loose ends especially two who would jeopardize the mission if the woke up and made contact with Hansen or Barghast. We watch James Bond films where he nonchalantly kills and takes out criminals and rival spies without a hint of remorse. I mean Austin Powers doesn't even have qualms about it.

happened to me with the ending-ending when the DLC got out a day after.
