Quite an audition and first gig! Hey you’re great what are you doing in October? We’re heading into Abbey Road studios . . . . 😮😮😮. Mikey isn’t the first one to say the bigger the crowd the less nervous you are. There’s soo much going on, not all eyes are necessarily on YOU. The more intimate the venue/crowd, you’re definitely under more the glass! Interesting perspective! Great interview but like someone else mentioned the “bong” noises were a bit distracting Thanks from Tammy’s Musical Stew. 💜🎶🇨🇦
I wonder if Mikey transposes DEAD IN THE WATER up 3 to be in the same key as Noel? I do when playing it best I can.

My board is going through a di and presumably on to foh and monitors. I’m just starting playing gigs and unsure of this seemingly simple detail😂 Thanks for the podcast!!
Good question! I tend to have it at 75% :)
I have mine at 60% to leave a bit of head room but it all depends on what rig/setup you have.

He seems like an absolute amazing super cool guy, love his playing , amazing musician; he’s a flying bird!! … his nails do look like s#!7£ I must say 🤢, I can’t help noticing when I see him on videos
Blimey they had a keyboard player? All I ever heard was wall to wall guitars playing on every single beat and turned up to 11! Always thought it was ironic that the brothers thought they were the Beatles, probably the best produced band ever, and yet Oasis had no production value at all. Luckily they did have Liam's voice.
