SEC is irrelevant, worse case scenario they declare it a security, then what. Us exchanges don't sell it. Capital outflows from the US rise, tax revenue drops, Ethereum foundation moves out of US if its here at all and life goes on.

The rate of return for ETH staking will go down to less than 1% if the ETH staking percentage goes to 50%.... so why would you stake when its more risky.. slashing anyone? trust someone else to hold your crypto, no thanks, not your keys not your crypto !

you are better off not chasing the 50X returns and investing for the long haul. Invest in blue chips and DCA. BTC, ETH, XRP and Cardano. (6x, 7x, 16x, 20x). Buy at the bottom of the bear market and sell in the bull. Pay attention to the bitcoin rainbow chart... pretty much says it all.

Lmao this guys confused. If eth unstaking was available, ethbwouldve crashed even more. Ppl are just in the cheaper chains because its cheaper. They have no clue that it can never get to $1000 per cardano or polygon.
