I added Anti-Gravity to the Booster Course Pass

Ever since the Sky Garden remake was revealed I've seen people talk about how its second half feels like it should use anti-gravity, but it turns out Nintendo has almost entirely omitted this feature from at least the first two waves of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass. With the recent release of Waluigi Pinball in the second wave having a similar section which I think should have been anti-gravity, I decided to just make this the case for both tracks myself.
