not looking to buy, just to rent. This layout and space is perfect for 1 person.
Dude, you're so cool!! I wish you were in phuket since I plan on living there in 3 weeks and would love more representation of that area. Mostly what I get are expensive and great air.
Hi Tony, it’s Matt. From Hawaii again. Great job on this condo video.
Hey, thanks!
I love it when you show condos ,i like the older buildings .This one is fine ,bigger than 24 meters and a balcony with a washer, thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks for the tour, Tony. The location is an area I am interested in for my future stay.
If I am ever in the Chiang Mai area, I'll definitely be reaching out 🙏
Cute and good price!

@TheNarrowGate - is some sort of transportation absolutely necessary, or could you long walk to some places grocery stores etc....What about bus route?
What is the best place to live in order to walk in a nice park
To be honest, I haven’t walked in any of the parks so I’m not sure where they’re located. Just not my thing. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
Hey there. Can you, or anyone else, recommend any of the Thai language schools in Chiang Mai? I think you personally like Lanna, but they don't quite offer what I am looking for - intensive/group/three months. Looking to check them out on a short trip in July. Also, what are the THAI areas to live in in Chiang Mai. Looking to learn Thai so don't want to be in overly expat areas. Thanks.
TLC Language school
@@TheNarrowGate many thanks. I'll look into it
I have emailed Alice a couple of times and not had a reply. Is there another email address that might reach her please?
I talked with her today and she said she had a bunch in her spam file when I mentioned she has not replied. I would imagine you have heard from her by now.
