9:56 -- Buzz IS smaller than Woody. In the show, the top of Buzz' head is halfway into Woody's face (or neck). Here, Buzz' head (no helmet) is at Woody's shoulder.
You should get a extra pair of signature collection hands and modify them to fit on the peg on the ball joints of the medicoms hands so he can pose his fingers
