    Duran destroys the myth that a boxer has to dance to be able to keep their wits about them as they get older. A master like Duran knew how to soften the impact, check, smother and roll with the punches while delivering a ton of firepower as well.

    Duran is a master at bag and inside fighting. Even Mosely after so many years was learning how to grapple on the inside from Duran. Those techniques came from the great Arcel We could just i.agine what Mosely could have done if he had an Arcel in his corner Duran was one champion and in my opinion the #1 Latino fighter to ever lace them up

    If you get out of bad habits like bending your leg when throwing your power increases massively plus your planted in case of a shot coming in!
    It’s hard and better learning as a kid but it’s mastering the basics that makes champions!

      What? Dude when you squat low and come up it generates more power

    • @Jpliers
      @Jpliers 8 месяцев назад

      @@Chosen1JayD I’m not talking about squatting and then punching if you watch the guys leg when he hits the bag his leg wasn’t snapping straight and that’s why he kept telling him no!
      The power is generated from the back leg straight through to your fist and when you make contact with the target everything has to be stiff within a split second to generate max power!

      The bending of the knees transfer weight to the other leg as your hips goes in that power direction.
