Not going to lie...my Dad worked in logistics for 30 years and had his own trucking company. I wished I would've learned more and inherited the company but after watching this and a few other ladies on tiktok, i'm going to walk into 2024

This is so amazing to see! At the beginning of the pandemic, I ended up getting my own authority, which was easy for me, but apparently not easy for others. Did all the paperwork and invested so much into starting a trucking company, but it just wasn’t for me. Hiring drivers is not easy. Glad to see ancillary businesses in trucking represented with the labs, dispatching and so many others. Keep going ladies of freight! The positivity and business savvy is so refreshing!

My sister’s ex used to drive a truck. She pushed him so hard to own his own trucking company…his father even offered to loan them the money. At that time it was cheaper to buy a fleet vs one or two. But he just couldn’t see the vision. She passed a few years ago but was an entrepreneur in her own right. She would’ve loved this!
