Griddled Shrimp - Made 2 ways - Island Stir Fry and Citrus Herb

- We made these delicious shrimp, but we couldn't decide on the flavor, so why not do both!?
We used a low temperature throughout the cook, making sure not to overcook the shrimp.
With a fresh piled griddle, we put down the green beans, cooked with salt, pepper, and garlic, with a little bit of butter.
Next, we put down some butter, let it melt slightly, and then put down the shrimp. Only cooking it 60 to 90 seconds, it's a quick cook on each side. We added our seasonings, Blackstone's Island Stir-fry on one half as well as Citrus Herb on the other.
Tray it up and Serve it family style.

What oil did you use please!
I use a basic canola or vegetable oil. Sometimes, I switch to olive oil for fish.
