Higgins is our favorite one the grandkids love it there. And my daughter's love the way you can have a drink and still see the kids. Going to try Fishtails this summer. Thanks for all the Great info you two and kids....🦀🦀🦀🍺🍺🍺
Excited to see the Lazy Lizard located RIGHT NEXT to the Cambria! Thanks for such an informative video. Going with with my kiddos (3 and 8) for our first time from NY in July!
Think for the updates and I will see you all this summer and I like team up with you guys for some fishing and do some fishing trips as well and do some other updates on there at the village there in ocean City Maryland and lazy lizards has two cameras there
Thanks for the reviews. I have been to all those places except Higgins North and would put Ropewalk on top of my list followed by De Lazy Lizard also. They are all good restaurants if you have kids no doubt.
Been wanting to do rope drop and lizard 🦎 so I might try one of those what's better as in food rope lizard or hoopers in your opinions I love the prime rib at hoopers
I remember when Fish Tales was the only place that had a play area for kids. That playground area was a game changer for parents. Only problem is the kids would complain if you went anywhere else 😁.
We've been to the de lazy lizard. Food was pretty good and views were great. Want to try rooewalk this summer. Have you been to ropewalk for dinner in the high summer season? Is it in insanely busy? Love ocean city and enjoy your videos!
Thanks Joe! Really appreciate you watching! We've been to ropewalk during busy weekends, but haven't really encountered a wait. They have a ton of tables so I think that helps. Service was always fast too.
Jay, I wish you would have said if all of these places are open now or not, or maybe when they will be open for the year. But I'm sharing your video on Trip Advisor because someone actually asked about where there are good kid friendly restaurants to go to. BUT, she needed to know for this coming weekend or next weekend. I'll share this with her anyway. Your videos are really great for info for tourists.
Give me an outside bar or preferably a high-top table and I'm in. Been to the last three on the list but the others sound intriguing. Used to love Harborside it was the first place I took the boat docked right there and went in for a shrimp pizza and a cold adult beverage thought it was the neatest thing since sliced bread! 😁Thanks for taking us along guys see Ya's next video.
Great video. Will have to try ropewalk next time we are in oc. We are taking a trip to baltimore/dc in a couple weeks. Have you taken your kids to either of those places as they are not too far from oc? If so, are there any kid/family friendly restaurants you would recommend? Thank you.
We haven't done either with the kids yet, but our favorites that are kid friendly is the baltimore aquarium and in DC it's the zoo. Both of those are a lot of fun, the DC zoo is also free.
Hey bud do you heard anything about a fire at beach plaza bocon apartments they had firefighters there in ocean City Maryland at beach plaza bocon apartments
@@ReelJayB oh ok and I will see you all this summer in middle of June for some amazing fishing and do some fishing and fishing trips together this year
I noticed when I was down their from March 19th to 20th I saw that the Atlantic stand was under major construction is it open yet it looked like the front of the building collapsed
Ropewalk is the first place we stop when we come down. Great food (bada bing shrimp are amazing!) and great views.
love the bada bing shrimp!!!

Great post! I had friends down with their kids and could only think of Fishtales and Ropewalk.
Higgins and Ropewalk are amazing!
Keep it up your doing awesome work was just down for Easter saw Higgins was opening
I’d also like to add, de lazy lizard is the spot to be at for the sunset!! Absolutely beautiful!
Yes!! There and ropewalk are the 2 best spots to be!
I'm with you on Ropewalk, really dig that place.
Nice video! I have been to most of those places you have mentioned.
Which one was your favorite?
@@ReelJayB I would say Dead Freddies
@@MoviemaniaNick their menu is massive. Definitely has something for everyone to pick from.

Hope you have a great time!! I'm sure we'll see you there!
Love Higgins! Def going back to that one. WE ARE def going to try the rest on the list! Ty for doing this!!!

Rope walk is our favorite. We don't have any kids, so we just go for the food and atmosphere plus the view. 😂
Been too all those spots Ropewalk or De Lazy Lizard for sure we also like Marina Deck Restaurant on Dorchester St
Thanks for the reviews. I have been to all those places except Higgins North and would put Ropewalk on top of my list followed by De Lazy Lizard also. They are all good restaurants if you have kids no doubt.
Those bada bing shrimp from Ropewalk......WOW!

@@paullee3996 I like ropewalk, their food is good and the scenery is relaxing.
@@ReelJayB that play ground at lizard looks great for my kids though
@@paullee3996 my kids like that one the most. Ashley and I like it because it's lower to the ground so the kids can't fall from higher up.
Nice video I'm hungry now. You probably are too. Where is that water tower
Thats the water tower by 2nd street and De Lazy Lizard

Thanks Darlene! I believe all are open right now, De Lazy Lizard just opened for the year.
A friend of mine from High school in Morgantown, WV started De Lazy Lizard. We had one in Morgantown for a while too, no longer here though.
No way!! I have a good buddy from Morgantown.

My buddy and I took his boat to Harborside last summer...there was a wait just to dock the boat! That place stays busy!!
@@ReelJayB How about it. One of our go to spots. A few times got CRUSHED 😋😬
I miss the days of play grounds and kids menus
The simple life!
True. Goes to show you can be in the best years of your life and not even know it.

Is there a spring fest this year
Yup! May 4-7.
Have you ever been to Alley Oops?
We have gone there a lot and love the games and appetizers, but the dinners weren't really too great.
Love alley oops in the winter!
Hey bud do you heard anything about a fire at beach plaza bocon apartments they had firefighters there in ocean City Maryland at beach plaza bocon apartments
It was training. The volunteers have been doing a lot of training around OC.
@@ReelJayB oh ok and I will see you all this summer in middle of June for some amazing fishing and do some fishing and fishing trips together this year
I wanna see Jay try the pizza challenge at Toast Cafe lol 😂
Ashley and I were talking about that. Do they still do it?
@@ReelJayB Yes I’m gonna take a shot at it in June
LOVE YOUR VIDS
I'm pretty sure there's 2 locations for the lazy lizard
There's only 1 lazy lizard, but they own Dead Freddies too. The menu is almost the same, but Dead Freddies is a bit bigger.
I noticed when I was down their from March 19th to 20th I saw that the Atlantic stand was under major construction is it open yet it looked like the front of the building collapsed
I believe they are just redoing the entrance. It's been under construction for a while!
