When I was 6yrs old my 3rd grade teacher Mrs. Forrest (who was an elderly lady in crutches) saw I had no money for the book fair. We were dirt poor. When it was lunch time she pulled me aside and gave me a check for $25 and said you can get what ever you wanted. She not only blessed me but Protected me from embarrassment by not giving me this gift In front of the class. I'll forever be changed by her beautiful heart. My little cousin in bosnian got taken to one of our countries soccer/football games when he was like 3 years old an he was passionate like crazy. He is the goalkeeper of our hometown first division team playing in the major league of the country. Pretty dope how influential some stuff at a young age can be. Never done drugs, never drank alcohol, just training everyday allday. His pay is wack atm but he is on the transfermarket for 100k, so i really hope he gets a shot to play in a different country man. As a parent, who was once little and gave up my money I got for holidays or even my first paycheck to my parents, I would NEVER do this to my child. I started watching these videos and they got me tearing up especially this one cause I can relate and understand growing up with a single mom living paycheck to paycheck in government housing. We fought and tried so hard to survive and we’re still fighting but we’re trying to do our best. Eritrea 🇪🇷 is an independent country that used to be part of Ethiopia. There are a lot of Eritrean refugees in Canada. Hard working people. The language barrier, especially when they first arrive, makes it tough for them to find jobs. I wish this boy and his family the best.

A child should never have to understand that they have to give up their good fortune for the "good" of the family. It is a parents responsibility to bear the burden of doing WHATEVER it takes to provide for their family. There is always a way...there are dishwasher jobs, cleaning jobs, there is snow removal, and so many others. It may not be pretty or your dream but it pays the bills. I ended up homeless with two children and I would be damned if my children had to give up anything....I busted my butt to get them back in a home....that is MY job not theirs.

My little cousin in bosnian got taken to one of our countries soccer/football games when he was like 3 years old an he was passionate like crazy. He is the goalkeeper of our hometown first division team playing in the major league of the country. Pretty dope how influential some stuff at a young age can be. Never done drugs, never drank alcohol, just training everyday allday. His pay is wack atm but he is on the transfermarket for 100k, so i really hope he gets a shot to play in a different country man. As a parent, who was once little and gave up my money I got for holidays or even my first paycheck to my parents, I would NEVER do this to my child. I'm the parent, I'm the one who helped bring them to this world, they didn't ask to be here. They're my responsibility, I'm not theirs.

I started watching these videos and they got me tearing up especially this one cause I can relate and understand growing up with a single mom living paycheck to paycheck in government housing. We fought and tried so hard to survive and we’re still fighting but we’re trying to do our best. Like this is proof people really need help bro and it’s not even money wise but just some understanding and love and that is exactly what you are doing.
