That’s the reason why he saved Monaca at the end of the game to raise her as the 2nd Junko which he probably would’ve achieved if he didn’t say despair and hope so much and was more persuasive. So in a way despite being the least deadly of the Ultimate Despair’s in the end probably , he could’ve been one of the worst. That’s pretty neat.
