Yet more top quality content as usual. The idea for the Spear-3 is basically that it is like a very long range Brimstone missile. It will be used far more for long range precision strikes than for anti-ship, although of course they can be used for that. I think that the ability to get 8 in the weapons bay is excellent.

This is cope. Russia isn't even developing a "next generation of carriers" not was it used "solely for training". They deployed it to the MED in 2018, a quarter of the way through the deployment the decrepit, arresting wires snapped and all of the Russian Navy air strikes were done from land for the rest of the deployment. The ship is so bad it plumed toxic fumes everywhere it went. It broke down twice and had to be tugged by a tug boat. It even caught fire (twice) and is no longer in service in the Russian Navy.

The warhead (and captain-seeking guidance capacity) gives SPEAR 3 more enduring utility - even if the enemy learns to distinguish it from more serious threats, they will still need to shoot it down, or that meager 10kg explosive will get delivered to the room where all the important officers are.

@@Akodo94 my point was that we can buy resources immediately. Production capacity takes time to generate true, even if you can afford to invest massively in it, but we can afford to buy what we lack from our allies until we can produce it ourselves.
This is true for all major european countries, even ignoring defence clauses in NATO and the EU. Hence I view all things on a Europe vs Russia scale, as all of europe would be working towards Russia's defeat, even if they were not militarily involved, which they would be.
I ignore the US from this as we cannot guarantee it would not be focussed on South East Asia instead.
When looking at competition with Russia from a Europe vs Russia basis, Russia has 5 distinct advantages: amoured vehicle production, missile production, shell production, nuclear overmatch and autocracy.
Of those only 3 are relevent to this comment:
AFV production (IFVs, APCs, tanks, etc) is largely propped up by burning through soviet stockpiles and is a temporary advantage at best.
Missile production is an area of geniune concern. Russia is to my knowledge relatively even with europe and seems to be picking up speed. This is easy for europe to fix by just putting in more orders for missiles though, as I am confident most production lines are not running at full capacity.
Shell production is a major problem. Russia is currently outproducing not just Europe but the entire west (can't remember if that figure includes RoK). Under current plans, things should even out by 2026 but that relies on Europe actually investing in and building quickly enough new production lines, which it seems to be struggling to do.
Anyway, all that is to say, Russia's only real production advantage is in shell production, which it is genuinely winning in and currently by a large degree. But that alone is not enough to claim Europe would be outproduced by Russia generally.
This seems to have turned into a rant so sorry about that, but I hope it explained my point.

What would be cool to better meet the team and understand your guys aka the Humaniods, to do like a best of 3 tournament between all the guys to understand the hierarchy of pilot's skill when looking at these scenarios. Like Simba, Grump, Cannonball, Matrix, Cap yourself, Killer, Strider, Bird, Poosh. I know I am missing some like our German friend and etc. But it would be cool to see who comes out on top in a dogfight 1v1 tournament style. you could maybe do one at 4th gen and another at 5th and let the pilots pick their airframe and missiles. Like 5th gen everyone will pick the Raptor and AIM 260 but 4th Gen I could see F-15 (120D), F-16 (120D), J-15 (PL-15), Su-35 (R-77), & F-18 (120D) all being used. It is also nice cuz you don't need everyone on at once to do it and can just piece it together at the end in one video. You could even do a battle like this then after the scenario run a couple matchups with who is there and wait till next time so hopefully wouldn't add too much time to what awesome work you already do.
