I am an Mtech student , doing my project on PCM cooling of Pv module . I dont know how to start . Is COMSOL better or Ansys for this? And what should be my approach while learning them . I have some reference research papers, which i wanna validate . Most of them used Ansys , and few used COMSOL.
The choice of software depends on a lot of parameters. Like domain, research group constants, software compatibility, study type, license etc etc. Incase you want to discuss 1:1 you can book a video meeting. (bio.link/bibhatsu)
Depends on the complexity you are trying to capture. The process will be slightly different (slightly more complex). Also, depending on the model, the surface will also play a role, etc.
Is COMSOL relevant to get a job in India? Do industries operating in India use COMSOL as much as Fluent? Please make a video on this topic as it will help several people like me who are confused regarding this aspect of these software. Thanks
Do not worry about it. Atleast get decent with one tool, so that it will help to learn other tools in less time. The workflow is slightly different from comsol to ansys to NX to solidworks etc etc. overall logic remains the same
Hello Sir, Great Initiative...... Can you do a brief video on Phase Field Modelling using COMSOL? Or At least a tutorial involving math and steps involved without any COMSOL demonstration......
Can you please tell me how to calculate how much ice got melt (converted into water) in certain period of time for example after 5 min how much water we get?
Great initiative ..... please also start a series regarding phase change processes like boiling and evaporation
Ok noted.
can you suggest literature related to all data and model given in the video?

Great. Do you have any exemples about laminare heat transfer
Not yet
Great tutorial , thank you for the knowledge sharing. If possible to make a similar tutorial of fluid flow and phase change from liquid to gas
Thanks 👍 noted
Thanks for these informations. Could you please provide the same tutorial, but between water and vapor? Is it the same strategy?

Thanks @@LearnwithBK
Can you make a tutorial regarding PCM coupled with natural convection in a square enclosure heated from one side and cooled from another?
Ya you can follow similar workflow
@@LearnwithBK, do you mean similar work as this tutorial?

Yes, soon
Thanks
please make videos on simulation of double pipe heat exchanger . And how to calculate nusselt number and skin friction coefficient in comsol
Ok I will try soon. noted
Thank you very much.
Welcome 😊

That can be done. Using post processing tools. By filtering using temperature. But there can be easier options too.
Can we model composite phase change material. Meaning a phase change material inside pore structure
I can think of a way. I think yes. You can contact, to discuss specifics
what is the purpose of the STEP function and Location=0.04 here?
This is an example Demonstration only, doesn't represent realistic values.
merci beaucoup
Thanks 🙏 Please do subscribe and support our work ☺️
provide pipe welding video bro
ordering or requesting ?😁 jokes apart. noted.
