Mon View Ngarm Chiang Mai

Glamping up north of Chiang Mai. This is what folks in Thailand will be flocking to during the year’s end when the weather turns a very pleasant cool (low 20C in the day), especially up there in the mountains. This is Mon View Ngarm, one of the countless simplistic yet stylish camping like accommodations in the region of Mon Jam. Many accommodations here are of a similar style as seen in the video. The prices are rather wide ranging between SGD 40 to 160 depending on the view, the fame and glamor of the place, and the lavishness (if any) of the amenities. There are also resorts of cabin constructs if camping style is not of desire. During weekends and the long holidays, it gets busy and most of them will be fully booked. So, one does need to book way in advance before the months of Nov and Dec. In addition, many of these resorts are not listed in popular booking sites (such as Agoda and Expedia) because they are local to the core. One will need to seek out their numbers via Google Maps or Facebook, contact them directly to make reservations.
