Also, I think nearly everyone has had some sort of crush on Zatanna over the years, haha.
I feel like Blood Hunt is something the Marvel Universe has been building to for a long time actually. When you look at the vampire nation stuff that occurred in Aaron's run of Avengers, and then all of the vampire stuff in Moon Knight. You can even go way back to things like MI-13 that had a lot to do with vampires. It seemed like Marvel was constantly working around the vampire stuff and finally let it all explode in this.
I absolutely LOVED the first issue of Midnight Sons. It took me back to the 90s Midnight Sons stuff, so I feel like #2 will do the same for me even if it has little to do with the main event.

Ultimate Black Panther is crushing!!! Hill has found the perfect balance with every character being involved in dialogue and action. Get into this series if you’re not already!!!

I've been reading worldtree as it's coming out. I reread the first arc when the trade came out. So you could say I'm plugged in. This new issue excited me and gave me faith in where the story is going. When I finished this issue, it gave me the "that was a good book" feeling.

Morning, Robbie. Hope all going well with you and that the personal issues have calmed down somewhat. Just glad the Weekly Comic Book Review made its appearance. Better late than never as have been watching this almost every week for over four years. Great show as always. Though now have to think about going back to the LCS and getting the Green Arrow issue. Thanks again!

Haven’t heard anyone anywhere who has reviewed Self Help mention that Owen King is the son of Stephen King and brother of Joe Hill. Jill has followed his dad in the horror genre, so it would be cool if his other son tackled crime stories. Like one would fit in with Tales From the Crypt and the other would fit in to Crime Suspenstories.

So in order to read absolute power, I HAVE to read this and I HAVE to read that and I HAVE to read the other thing.
That's why I don't like events.
An event should make sense all by itself. Tie ins and other books should have no essential information that you need to read.

Ultimate Black Panther annoys me in how each issue they shoe horn in dialogue "it's been thirty days" we get it.

Curious to everyone's opinions. Do we want all tie in's to be required reading for event? I kind of prefer that I can read an event book without needing to read all the various tie in's, and then I can just pick up a tie in if it looks cool.

The only Marvel book I buy is Moon Knight. But I was reading Blood Hunt 4 at work and it’s been a long very long time since I had that holy $@&? moment in a comic book and that page was just hell frackin yes
