Welcome to this Lower ab workout. In this workout you will be learning belly dance moves to seriously work every muscle in your lower abs and obliques in just 10 mins! We will be doing Mayas, side shifts, isolations and more. Are you ready to dance?

Belly dancing is one of the best ways to workout, get fit, lose weight, and feel confident. By doing my workouts you will get toned, drop pounds, and learn the beautiful art of belly dancing. You will be using muscles you probably didn’t even know existed, helping you get strong.
Are you a Beginner? That’s great! Although you might find the moves challenging at first, you will soon get stronger and become more familiar with them. Do the workout a few times, and you will surprise yourself. Now let’s dance!

At first when i tried i thought its too difficult. The next day i decided i’ll do only for the first five minutes but as i kept on following the steps, i didnt realise i had reached the end of the video.!! Feels so great to achieve more than expected.! Amazing tutorial.! ❤️❤️

I like how this class focuses on basic drills. Choreographies make me feel insecure, but this is great :)

Thank you, I decided on a whim to get back into belly dance to do a low impact workout after ankle surgery. This helped to get my ankle moving some without hurting it. And my abs got a much needed workout!

I’m currently going to the chiropractor for years of pain in my pelvis and it hurt so much doing this!!! Yoga, stretching, hip dancing and chiropractor may just be it 🤗 ima keep doing these exercises and see where it takes me

Yes this is the reason why I stayed super slim all my life till I had kids and lost interest. Getting there slowly with the help of organo gold energy and happy moments.. btw belly dancing to heavy metal really increases the most out of our work out making it more effective faster
Two questions:
1- when doing Maya’s, what do your knees do? Are they supposed to be straight or doing the circle with your hips?
2- what’s the difference between a maya and a figure eight?

Your knees should always have a slight bend to them when doing most moves.

I love your energy! I've been following your ab workouts for a few weeks now and I really like them. Would you please consider also making a workout for the upper back? I need to work out my upper back muscles because they're pretty weak. Also, having a more toned upper back will look nice when I'm wearing dresses and shirts that reveal the upper back. So, I would definitely love to see a workout specifically on this part of the body.

Love this video except for 1 thing - I was in the middle of an exercise when suddenly I got ads! 30 seconds of unskippable ads. I'd rather watch that at the beginning of the video rather than when I'm at count 3 of a 8-count exercise. At least it happened only once.
But other than that, it was great. I did belly dance when I was in grad school, and I was always the worst student of the class (I didn't mind, my teacher was awesome and supported me well). The fact that I can mostly keep up with this is awesome.

Beautiful but very fast for me that is the first time, so before I feel or i realize the movement, you go very fast so I try to realize what I am doing with hips and the combinetion with hands becomes a mess haha.

I really like yr tutorials.. Its easy to follow and i like u repeat few times to allow us to practice.. However i would appreciate if at the end of the practice if we could do 1-2 times with some music so it will help us to feel it n not make our move like moving blocks of wood
