I asked Griots customer service what the purple tip dilution was and they said they would guess 1:10 but they couldn't confirm. Since they couldn't confirm I still dilute my stronger pre-washes to be safe but I use the purple tip and straight soap for my neutral soaps. If you want to go to foam town try the aqua tip!
Man those were some buggery bugs 🐛 🐞 🪳 Pretty gnarly. Both soaps did some serious work. It would be splitting hairs to choose a winner based on performance . Maybe cost per wash, scent or safety is best.
Some additional aspects you could consider: - Does the Nasiol also have a VDA certification for magerial safety? Primus has! - Are MSDS available for both products? - What do the MSDS state in regards to health and safety?
@@victormorales2876 vda is only neccesary if you are selling directly to German automakers. What is VDA certification? @@victormorales2876 valid point. No, it‘s not necessary. BUT, and that‘s the reason I‘m mentioning it: when you compare precleaners / prewashes, it‘s extremely important to compare apples with apples. It‘s actually comparably easy to create a prewash that cleans well. However, what is NOT that easy is to make one which cleans well AND is safe for materials and users.
I’ve been doing the same for wheels, but try it with Crystal wash first, let it dry, then the iron remover. I just get a little rinseless towel at the end and dry them off to get any remaining brake dust, but it won’t be super stuck on. Also I’m almost out of primus, was thinking about active foam for the hybrid washes, or wait for ADS decon, or jumbos new soap. Not sure which route I want to go yet
I love Primus. It works and is PFAS Free. Not sure about Nasiol. I do have some Frostbite on the way. Going to give that a try. I'd definitely like to see Primus and Touchless showdown.
I have Frostbite with MJJC v2.0. cleaning power for what they say the PH is…just okay. Even with crystal wash and their bug remover first sometimes. But i also dont have a true ceramic coated truck. As of now anyway
I cleaned a truck last week with primus 2.0 that hasn't been cleaned in years. It was caked with dirt, bugs and grime. I don't think you used the right dilutions and right dwell time because I used 8.5oz of primus 2.0 in a 35oz foam cannon which is 1/50 PIR and it just dissolved EVERYTHING I was so impressed at the cleaning power. I haven't tried touchless yet but I think that will be my next soap but so far from the soaps I tested primus 2.0 is the king
Premus won as you said, it comes in a bigger bottle, it smells better and you also said there wasn't any mud on the drivers side where Primus had mud. Therfore with your words, I came to the conclusion that Labocosmetica is the King 🤴
Great video as always!🤩 It’s fantastic to see such detailed reviews and insights. Keep up the excellent work!💥

One very underrated and underreviewed soap is the yellow acidic Adam's Strip Wash. It's comparable to Purifica and Descale.
Nice test. Hard for me to say which is better, but both seemed to do a good job. Thanks Jamie.

Yep 10:1 is correct from what others have tested. Aqua is way overkill especially with a pressure washer with decent flow.
We need a Bilt Hamber throwdown!
I’ll get a bottle 🙄
@@JamieTheCleaner😂still on that boat rn with Obsessed Garage
Not the thickest foam, but the most effective foam at cleaning is without a doubt Bilt-Hamber Touchless.
Touchless is best in a pump sprayer. PIR is much easier that way.
I second that. It works especially well on bug splatter.
The video we all needed! Thanks Jamie, great video!

No VDA certification but completely PFAS free from what I’ve heard. Should be just as high quality as Primus I’ll keep looking into it for sure! 🎉
Is a vda certification that important? real question not trying to troll or anything

By the looks of it. You can’t go wrong with either.

I think they did a great job with the name, Cleanion just sounds like a contender. But Primus 2.0 is all business.

Let’s see a tire shine battle on the “ole red truck”
I have not seen a coating shed water like that CCI in any video ever
I use Nasiol Cleanion Pro and I am very satisfied, it gives very good results even though the vehicle is not ceramic coated.

We thought we were the mayor of Foam Town USA 😪
Uuh
Stomp in the Swamp!💪🏼
the cleanion is legit I use it on boats and cars
It was a tie,. Nasional needs bigger bottles and we need proper dilutions equality for a rematch . Dang those those swamp bugs . are tough stuff.
Try CarPro Descale next time.
Rosie test. I like it
Nice review

Primus FTW
Primus is an alkaline shampoo unfortunately so it can’t be used often on a protected vehicle.
Sure it can you just dilute as needed 👍🧼
Are these soaps higher in pH? or lower? Is this SUV ceramic coated? How often can you use these soaps?
@@hartlanddetailer5670 Ph is about around a 12 for both
