NE Highlights: All Classic P&W CT-2, CN & UP Power on the River

A shorter than usual video as I was able to obtain important catches at the end of June 2024. Which include P&W CT-2 with all locomotives in their orignal scheme which is rare nowadays. And some foreign power on the CSX River Line.
