As for the keyboard.... Why, WHY no CTRL button as the left most button, Fn shouldn't be there, that's CTRL's place. Why do manufacturers do this.

Funny because I just bought this two days ago, it is made exactly the same. Buttons exactly the same, but it is made by Artek in the left hand corner. I was trying to change the light color of the LEDs and you rocked it. Thank you!

My keyboard was not discoverable on Bluetooth and I tried with 2 devices. I think mine was a cheap knock off or just broken
Good for travel when I have to type in my iPad. Not good for main use at home or work.
Once you start reading something and go back to type, first you have to wake it up. The loss of a few seconds matters these days.
I have this keyboard and it is very nice, this is a very portable keyboard and I love using with my iPad, it makes typing when on holiday or out and about a lot easier, would recommend this to anyone, nice unboxing

How do you get the keyboard to automatically connect with the tablet when both devices is switched on? Like how an earpiece & mobile phone would connect when both items are switched on? Mine doesn't automatically connect with both devices (Bluetooth) are switched on.

Steve Whitehouse I have this, it's the freakin ipad ios I beleive. Did not use to be half so bad, but recent versions of ios or the bluetooth implementation, have bt keyboards losing their connection in an effort I think to save power. It is really annoying, that about twenty seconds of not tapping a key, means 3 or 4 seconds for keyboard to latch back on. TIP - make sure anyone else in your household, has not put emoji keyboard setting on in ipad settings - causes spurious errors on any bt keyboard!

This product is useless. Works sporadically, but turns itself off regularly, changes backlight randomly etc. Slim and light piece of garbage with a nice metallic finish to it.

Hi there, thanks for a great vid. I just bought this keyboard and am working remotely in Greece with it. It is great. However, I can't figure out how to access the # symbol! and is there a way of just accessing the function keys without having to press fn + f2? gets annoying having to press fn whenever you want to e.g. access an excel cell or change a file name, and when you forget/mis-press, it opens a web browser page/email instead!

Can anyone help me pair this keyboard? I paired it with my desktop windows pc no problem. I typed in the code displayed on screen and it paired fine. But now when I try to pair it again windows asks me for a pin instead of giving me one. No pin is listed in the manual. I've tried 0000 and 1234 which don't work :(
Eduardo Penney Lee I tried going in through classic control panel. It's still asking for a passcode. Manufacturer says there is no passcode - windows should tell me what to enter.
Do I need to go to something other than "add device" to get windows to give me the passcode?
Derek Galbraith That sounds similar to my problem. I paired mine with my kindle fire and another tablet, that was fine. Then later I went to use it on my tablet turned on Bluetooth on both devices my tablet isn't connected to the keyboard even though they've been paired earlier on. Same with my fire. I had to deleted the keyboard from my fire and re-pair them it's fine. But my other tablet alcatel I did the same delete the keyboard and its still not connecting to the keyboard. Its like the keyboard can only be paired to one device period. Did you solve your problem and how?
kindlet1145 My problem was solved by itself in a way. I had to reinstall windows yet again (for unrelated reasons). When I came to pair the keyboard again after install, it had reverted to displaying a password to be entered rather than asking for one. So that worked fine.
But in the meantime I had emailed Tecknet customer service regarding the issue. They eventually replied with the following advice - "Please get the PIN number via the below paths in your computer/laptop:
Start Menu > Setting>Device>Device and Printer>Add the button>choose the device which need to add to the PC>Next Step>click the sentence under the password box >input the password into your device and press 'enter' key".
I suspect that may be of no use to you because you aren't using it on a Windows PC. There will probably be different steps for different devices or OS's. But hopefully you get things sorted!
