Always great to hear from an owner, good choice I was so impressed so I’m glad to here some positive works that go with that I say too ❤️
What colour did you go for and where in the world are you out of interest?

That indicator tone is so stressful. I feel like I have 5 seconds to answer a question 😂.

Haha yeah it was grating I think you can turn it off it the sub menus, had I had more time I would have, I’ll double check if that is the case with the manufacturer mind

It not something I mention much on my EV tests anymore as it’s so dependent on local infrastructure, from my experience of owning one now you can only pull in what the grid allows.
It’s got so bad imho that it’s not worth stating it anymore, all the same I’ve put it in the bio so you can check it out 🫶❤️

why are you pronouncing it OMODO when the brand is OMODA?

I know 😅 sometimes when you have a million and one things in your head when your filming your mind forgets simple things! I prefer this way all the same rather than robotic scrip reading personally but I do apologise for that

Contact Omoda UK they are really good, it may need an over air update possibly one that will come very soon I suspect

Unless the UK's spec is grossly different than Australia, otherwise you have eliminated the cones of this car which are a few,
Regeneration suck, level 3 is juddering / intermittent.
Back seats only good for kids.
    Infotainment is lagging & outdated.
Semi autonomous constantly takes controls away from driver,! Same for warning sound can't be turned off permanently, must go into difficult menu every single time.
Front wheel invariably spins with UK's weather.
No heat pump, so 7 month of under 10 degrees in the Uk will reduce range by 20%.
Lack of heat pump & very poor regeneration system will cost ownership very costly.

Ok to reply to the first things, non of those I’ve seen on this production model at all, if I did I would have mentioned it personally, I’m not on here to BS people this is my first hand experience.
The automatous driving aids are one of my gripes and it would be nice to make this easily to change and turn off etc for sure. Apparently this is something OMODA and constantly working from what we are told.
For me it was only spinning in bad conditions and in the rain, when dry no issues at all.
Unfortunately the other things I cannot comment on and don’t know about I’m afraid.
Thanks for coming on the comment though that is what an open platform like this is all about 🫶
