Don't take off the stems! Cilantro stems have all the flavor!

After 5 to 6 hours, the acid from the lime juice will start to cook your chicken. That will make it lest tender after you fully cook it. 2 to 3 hours is the best amount of time to marinade

I used to just season to taste. I used to use just some salt and pepper, juice of one or two limes, about two or three cloves of garlic or garlic powder, a large handful of finely chopped cilantro (with stems) and about half a cup of olive oil. Cuman and paprika would be great too.. Though, use whatever spices and herbs you like. I marinated the chicken with the mix in a Ziplock bag for about half an hour and then baked in the oven at 375° for about 45 minutes to an hour. It depends on what kind of chicken pieces you use. It's really easy and delicious. Cilantro lime rice is really good too. I just made some two nights ago.

These recipes never have exact measurements, that I’ve seen. She measured, but didn’t tell what they were.

I just made this with ground turkey! I did not use honey or lime zest but I did top with fresh lime wedges. It’s very great! Thank you for the recipe! 🔥🙏🏽

    Hi, Chef!
1)How many chicken thighs were there in this video/short that you hv uploaded?
    2) In the link to the recipe (thank you! it wd be sooo nice if you always add the recipe link in "Description"!),
you mention alternate cooking methods. I'd like to try the oven method (I hv an electric OTG). Please provide oven temperature n cook time. Both top and bottom heating rods? Or bottom only?
Sorry for the stupid basic questions! 73+, cooking newbie!
    Regards
    Farid

You can probably use about 1 bunch of cilantro with stems. Finely chopped. Just try to make sure it looks like all the chicken would be covered in marinade. I would recommend 325F for roughly 30 mins in that machine. However it's best to check internal temperature until it reaches 165F internal. You can use 375 if you'd like it a bit crispier.
