North Korea's state-run television station showed Kim Jong Un inspecting new tactical missile weapons
State media: Kim Jong Un was pleased with missile production in the first half of year
Kim has emphasized the importance of military production plan
for readiness in the eventuality of war
In the last few months, Kim has made multiple appearances on state-run media,
where he is seen checking the military's preparedness for war.
The North Korean leader has said the missile launchers from this year
will be installed at western fire strike units that will be given 'important fire strike missions'.
Before this, Kim recently inspected the artillery weapon system, attended test-firing of artillery weapons and he continues to closely oversee military developments.
