I love the effort you've gone into not only recreating the locomotives seen in the film, but also the rolling-stock. Seeing the familiar DV&K, Transgrain, Murrigan and Prixton Chemicals cars in 777's consist really completes the look. Further kudos for creating further AWVR locos and livery variants - plus I think you're the first modeller I've seen to recreate the Railroad Safety Campaign locomotive! And is that Will I see in 1206's cab, complete with his trademark yellow-jacket? Bravo!
Creeperboy and friends he didn’t want to take the risk of breaking the locomotive the railing are very fragile and you don’t want the rocks or the rails scraping off the paint it’s a lot of work to repair things like that and it could be a little pricy this man put a lot of time and effort and money into his layout and locomotives he had to paint all of them, but I do agree he could have did stop motion and some cgi fire!
Good diorama in the movie Unstoppable. HO scale trains in the layout. AWVR C44-9W Kato locomotives. AWVR SD40-2 Bachmann. AC4400CW Kato locomotives in N scale. SD40-2 Kato locomotives in N scale. Paint scheme AWVR. 777, 767, 1206, 7375, 7346. Dummy locomotives 767 and 7346. Tank cars. Hoppers. Boxcars. Flat cars. Atlas and Bachmann.
Hi there, thanx for the nice comment. I am painting and decorating all the locs by myself. This 1206 in the video is a Bachmann SD40-2. For details you may email me on info@corrado.si
This is much better than the movie, contains the cool hollywood GE locomotives that sound like EMDs. Yet has no plot failures like railworker saying he left 777 in 8th notch when engine controls moved by themselves & Railworkers dangling from helicopter to board 777 instead of just simply walking across walkway and into 777 cab. Excellent video!
Yeah, you're right, but at the time I had only Dash-9's in my roster to paint and frankly visually they are so similar that I didn't really mind. Later I did AC4400's too (if you check my other Unstoppable video). Working on the cars now. It's a long way to 39 :)))
Absolute perfection. Love the how you had Fictional AWVR locomotives and the layout is awesome. But it would be awesome if you added the sound Effects to 777
Hi Erik & yes....I really did enjoy the vid! You are so right in saying 'fun'! That small word sums it all up in one go! Talk soon my dear friend, cheers, John.
Not really mate. For the movie making the producers leased a few AC4400's from Canadian Pacific and repainted them into the fictional AWVR scheme. After shooting the locos were returned and repainted into the original CP colors. :)
Nope, it is not. I just used the AWVR paint sheme for my own locomotives, but combinig different colors.... I have several different of them - you can take a look on them on my web site (youtube don't allow links, so if you send me your email, I can send you a link to the picture gallery).
I was actually thinking about it, but my layout is unfortunatelly far too small for it.... It will probably have to wait for some better times (equal more space)... :))
This is so amazing. I love how detailed and accurate the models are! You put a lot of effort into these! Looks like you made all the engines from the movie!Do you make these for people and sell them to customers? If so, I’m interested in one!
You did an awesome job in the video. If you can, how about you make a video based off of the CSX 8888 incident (which is the true story that inspired unstoppable). Just a suggestion.
Literally watched this since I was 5 and now I’m 11 and still remember this.
I wish real railroads would have some of the features that were in the movie on their SD40-2's. I love that front and back brake wheel
Do some sd40’s have front and back brake stands?

Wow, 7375 trying to stop , running them on different speeds must have been difficult , great job and absolutely realistic
That's SO awesome! You've got your own AWVR railroad there!!!
Many thanks :)
+EKLinsky Unstoppable movie
Thanks mate. The backdrop photos are my own photos of the mountains surrounding the area where I live, then printed on large paper... :))
Unstoppable is my favorite movie, I like how you made an unstoppable rides again 😀
You should of added the soundtrack music make it more intense!
Eh, sometimes youtube is blocking uploading videos with copyrighted music, so...
Lol for someone who runs model trains and loves the unstoppable movie this is hilariously cool!
Thanks John, your opinion matters to me!! And I'm sure it can be done better of course. But it is all about having fun, right? Thanks mate.
Quite a set up. My 10yr old boy loved the video.
When the AWVR 7375 was stopping the train the second locomotive 7364 was facing forward not backward but that's no problem.
Thanks! It took me some time to make them, but now I guess those are my favourites in my collection.
I remember watching this when I was 7 or 8.....now I'm 18
Love those Unstoppable locomotives 🚂
Did you know that this was all on a museum in Pennsylvania, and that the famous Bridge scene was a HO scale model? But the crazy 8s was a true story.
"That,s a dam cool layout and nice trains.
Thanks for great comments. I paint and decorate the locos by myself. The contact email about it is in the closing titles of the video.
HOLY HELL YOU ARE TALENTED
Seriously
Good Job! Need to make the Crazy 8’s locomotive that started it all ??
✨HAPPY 10TH ANNIVERSARY, UNSTOPPABLE MOVIE !!!!!✨ 🚂🚂🚌🚌🚌🚌🚌🚌

EKLinsky Thanks for the quick reply.
EKLinsky thank you and props
I just can’t stop loving this video
you could have used a fishing string to create the derailment of the lashup
I agree with you Creeper

Very creative that you colored other engines in AWVR color's, I liked it.
You have an AWVR railroad! Cool!
Thanks Bramley, much appreciated :)
Anyone else remembers this as a kid?
Yeah, you're right, but at the time I had only Dash-9's in my roster to paint and frankly visually they are so similar that I didn't really mind. Later I did AC4400's too (if you check my other Unstoppable video). Working on the cars now. It's a long way to 39 :)))
thanks. you paint them they look so real
At least Will Colson's running 777 since he jumped on the stairs & regained full control of 777 with courage under fire.
Absolutely gorgeous layout these videos make my day.
I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT THUMBNAIL WAS REAL.
I love the scenery and the trains make it even better thumbs up. ; )
Awesome you put so much work into it
Super clever. So enjoyable in HO scale.
Thanks mate!
Absolute perfection.
Love the how you had Fictional AWVR locomotives and the layout is awesome. But it would be awesome if you added the sound Effects to 777
777 and 767 are not fictional, they belong to AWVR (Allegenheny West Virginia Railway).
AWVR is a fictional railroad. It was just used for filming. The real locomotives belong to CP
This has to be the best remake I've ver seen! Excellent job!
