This works on FIFA22. However it matters what level of team you sell the player to. For example I sold my wonderkid GK as a newly promoted L1 team in England to Bournemouth. He was unwilling to relocate when i tried buying him back. I tried it again and sold him to a foreign team I'd never heard of and bought him back straight away.

This helped me but after letting the go the player the other team has gave the player 352 mil relise clause
I ended up releasing my player because since I’m in strict negotiations I couldn’t just sign him back.... But I made an even bigger mistake cause I can’t sign him as a free agent because it says “Negotiations were unsuccessful for this player. You could try again next season.” He was my best cm and now I’ve lost him for a season or maybe forever😭😭😭 .......:This is is a few weeks later and I ended up getting someone way better....

I wouldn't have used this method cuz it kinda seems like it breaks the immersion and makes it less of a challenge but my player requested the transfer because he requested wage raise and I didn't renegotiate his contract, thing is I already extended his contract recently so I couldn't do it again so it's complete bs, thanks for the solution
Ok but here’s the thing my player is worth 230 mil so no one can afford them unless it’s a swap deal so idk what to do with that plus I want to be secured so I want to wait till the next summer window but idk if he is on his last year of his contract

Release the player in the last month of the season. U can sign him as a free agent in the next season.
I’m playing with Chelsea. Thiago Silva is retiring but wants a new contract. It never let me negotiate a new contract with him. Now he’s unhappy. So I transfer listed him. No team wanted to buy him. I offered swap deals for bad players and added cash on top. No deal. Now he’s transfer requested. I can’t remove him from the list. I can’t sell him. I can’t renegotiate. And I’m getting messages from the board to resolve the issue. It is very frustrating. Any ideas ?
If u cant sell him, either give him game time, dont bother about it (it's unlikely to get u sacked but maybe a bit risky?) Or release him
@@joelmacinnes2391 thanks. I can’t release him. First thing I did at beginning of the season was cut the dead weight. Too many released already. But I have given him some game time. His morale has improved. I’m waiting to see if I’ll get sacked. Only 4 months to go.

@@stevengerrardismydad1312 it hasn’t happened to me since mate but i recommend saving a lot and keep in mind every time you change your squad and save the changes that counts as a quick save and you can always return to that without having to double your save file

fc 24 and STILL this bug is there, SMH EA, I have Nkunku 89 overall worth 89m or something 2y left on contract i play his starter since I remember but he still put in transfer request just cus he missed a few games, either is a bug or the devs are washed

I tought the same thing! If you release and try to sign him again it will say something "negotiations with the player are not available, try again next season" just sell him and buy him again, it's very unlikely you will lose money, and make sure to save before selling him just incase something goes wrong

Same here...I took at the beginning a manager, but since two days I have the problem, that I have an other manager in the transfermanagement.
Just a FYI. This does not work if your player is a created player. I always create my own player at the start of every fifa game and add him into my selected team. This is the first time this has had happened to me and I am p***ed because I gre him from a humble 64 to 88 and now he's pulling the "submitted transfer request nonsense" I tried it but it didn't work. Luckily I have it saved so I could go back but still. This is some b*****it as this small annoying bug makes the game hard to enjoy

Think they've patched it since. It has worked for some in the past but I've tried releasing my guy - Brian Brobbey but he doesn't want to come back, I just bailed out of the game so I've still got him but i guess eventually his contract will just run out.
But my player costs around 300M and man city wants to sign him for 110m plus ferran torres
Remove the player from the deal and ask for something nearer his value, and if they dont want to give only cash, reject then wait for another offer.
