The European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and its European Court of Human Rights are part of a completely different legal system to the EU. Furthermore, you will not find any reference to EU human rights laws because they don't exist. The whole point of the Reform legislation is to remove our human rights. Quite frankly, I cannot believe your complete lack of understanding. Completely breathtaking in fact. Made all the more absurd by the idea that someone is going to come along and invent a British HR version of an ECHR document that is perfectly fit for purpose.

As for the ECHR, the only non member countries are Russia, Belarus and Vatican City. Quite why you would want to follow the lead of Russia (for example) but ignore the commitment of non-EU Switzerland (for example) is something that only you can explain.
