Quarterback is no where as difficult at tackle. Put anybody under 300 at tackle and see how well they do lol. A good QB and a good tackle are about the same rarity.
Always good to see O-Line coverage, they get no love because there's no quantifiable way to represent what they do on a purely surface level. Guys like Trent Williams aside, I'm always amazed how teams like the Packers, Niners, Patriots, Rams, etc., are able to consistently produce good O-Lines with lesser or comparable talent to the rest of the league. Are they really that much better in the O-Line coaching department? Is it scheme? What is it?
Look at the characteristics of their O-line at times and see how they play. For the Titans and Colts, their tackles are relatively big but inside they are just as big and have key players that help their physical run schemes. Which has helped Taylor (Colts) and Henry (Titans) burst through openings and beat their smaller matchups to break through even bigger gains. Same for the Pats O-line who are big enough to take advantage of smaller matchups which Belichick will have his RBs just attack through physical runs. And also mobile enough to work in play action where you see them run out in space to block for someone who catches the quick pass and they just maul whoever is in front of them. Overall those groups have experience working together for so long that they can consistently produce great results. Talent definitely helps but the cohesion matters most. Niners among other few teams may have that rare collection of talent and cohesion which makes sense as Shanahan/Lynch focused building their team on the trenches. Next to the QB, O-line men have to account and adapt for changes in defensive schemes or else the play being executed gets scrubbed by the defense getting theirs.
Each of these teams have had similar coaching staffs in place for a few years now, keeping the continuity is super important. It allows the chemistry of the unit to remain intact among other things
