If it weren’t for Colbert, Meyers, Rainbow, Oliver, Corden, and some others I wouldn’t be able to make it through this mire. Somehow, although there is nothing to laugh at, you all make us laugh without becoming mean or small or low or nasty. I don’t know how you do it! In the midst of inhumanity you touch our SHARED humanity and tap that one spark of joy in us that can be found. I may not even know it’s there for I’ve not felt it in 23 hours. But one of you geniuses (please forgive me for not naming you all!) holds a key and will unlock that place to help me sleep one more night. It may not cure the world but it is a mighty fine placebo for all who hear you. And I call that a miracle! THANK YOU ALL for helping us hold onto our humanity AND our sanity. 🌹🙏🏼🌹

It’s ironic, the play was about how the gov’t was created and this adaptation seems to be foreshadowing the present gov’ts dimise!
