I'm looking into this because my husband even though his parents were not alcoholics they were not drinkers but their parents or it was in their family and they have all of the symptoms of Alcoholics like dry alcoholics so I'm looking into possibly adding not to help our marriage or😢

Having a parent or family member with substance abuse issues is tough.
One step one moment at a time.do the next best thing take a walk eat a good meal help yourself go to a meeting
