Its already a week since we start taking calls, and im absent today. It started as a sore throat and by the end, im voiceless. Any advice to recover? Also, how am i gonna avoid this again in the future?
Sorry to hear that. It does happen sometimes. Just drink lukewarm water instead of cold water when you're taking many calls. Add lemon to your water when possible. I also tried Bactidol mouthwash to cleanse and Strepsils lemon flavor to ease the sore. Hope that helps. Voice rest is important.

Whenever i want to transfer a call, i always get. "I don't have time" I'm at work" I'm driving" "Call me back I'm busy" "Now is not a good time" etc
After warm transfering then doing conference, what should we press or click to leave the call? I keep forgetting..
