Killer Nurse Lucy Letby: "She'll Spend The Rest Of Her Sad, MISERABLE Existence In Jail!"

  • Опубликовано: 2 июл 2024
  • Lucy Letby’s lawyers argued her convictions should be quashed at an appeal as jurors may not have been certain of her guilt, it can now be reported.
    Letby’s legal team unsuccessfully brought a Court of Appeal challenge in April this year over her convictions for the murders of seven babies and the attempted murders of six others.
    Reporting restrictions prevented the publication of details of Letby’s arguments at the two-and-a-half-day hearing in London until the end of a retrial at Manchester Crown Court for the attempted murder of a baby girl, known as Child K.
    Further details can now be published after the second trial concluded on Tuesday with a guilty verdict.
    Ex-Met detective Peter Bleksley says we won't see any more trials with Lucy Letby.
    "She'll spend the rest of her sad, miserable existence in jail and rightly so! We'll see enquiries into decision-making processes."

      Lucy was not odd, she was an excellent nurse who most people liked. Even is she had been odd it is not evidence of being a serial killer. Since reporting restrictions have been lifted the prosecution case has fallen apart.

    It occurs to me that the time for professional juries has arrived. The system we have at the moment is really not fit for purpose. Complex evidence is put before people who have little grasp of the subject, and it’s frightening. There should be a minimum standard of education for complex trials where a knowledge of the subject is necessary. It should not be be left as a stick a pin in the electoral roll system. I wonder how many of the jurors on the Lucy Let y trial had any idea of the complexities of neo natal care? Work needs to be done and changes made.

    The woman is a compulsive liar, she altered notes to distance herself from babies that had collapsed, she claimed to see one baby that was pale that was in a cot with a canopy placed in a dimly lit room, the nurse remembers standing with Letby was right next to letby and she could barly see the baby let alone see if it was pale. She was found not to escalate babies conditions that should have been, she claimed she had NO way of contacting any doctor at the hospital. She tried to blame poor pluming but asked if she'd reported any such issue she had not done so. Doctors noted many of the babies had strange discolouring after they had taken ill colouring they had never seen before Letby denies what the doctors saw, Letby was not just on shift for all the deaths, she was there at the cot or in the same nursery. She wasn't convicted on the fact she was there for all of the crimes there is loads of evidence against her. The police have said because she was there for all the crimes she may hold a lot of info about who did murder the babies. The more investigating they did though the more things pointed at Letby. When they searched her house they found 250 confidential handover sheets many of dead babies that she was accused of murdering, some under her bed in bags. SHe was carrying a bundle of these sheets back and to to work. Police found some in a box at her parents house with "KEEP" written on the box. Letby said she kept the sheets because she liked to collect paper she admitted she should not have been in possession of them because of the sensitive information. She had one handover that was thrown in the confidential waste bin by another nurse at the hospital, when letby was asked how she had it under her bed Letby said she did not know how it got out of the bin and in her pocket. She claimed many times she was not the first on the scene of some of the babies but then was proved to be lying. She would say " I called for Ashley who came in", then claims Ashley was already in the room or she could have come in through the door,. And there are so many instances where she claims she cannot answer the question being being asked again and again she changes her evidence. Letby even contradicts the parents of dead babies and denies what parent heard her say
    She has just been found guilty of attempted murder. A doctor walked into a nursery where Letby was standing near the cot. The Dr noticed the oxygen of the baby was falling and had been for around a some time - when Letby was asked about this she said she said she was waiting to see if the baby would self correct. But the length of time was not acceptable and was deemed attempted manslaugter.
    She claimed several times she used her phone to text friends as it was common practice but never at cotside and yet she had to admit that she was feeding a baby while texting her friend and the only way she could have done so in the time it happend was by using a plunger to force the feed into the baby.

    • @paulinearis4823
      @paulinearis4823 Месяц назад

      Exactly right - Letby is a compulsive liar. She even lied about the clothes she was arrested in, to gain sympathy, even though the video footage proved she is a liar. People say there is no evidence because she wasn’t caught injecting babies with air or insulin. Someone did that but some people want to blame someone else without saying who that was. Peter Sutcliffe was never caught in the act of killing his victims, nor Moors murderers, in fact, how many convicted murderers were actually caught in the act of murder? Not many

    So much for "trials-by-jury"! This type of trial would be illegal in most mainland European countries - certainly in the Netherlands. They can lead to gross misconducts of Justice not least because of its rigid, procedural constraints - and because jurors are usually common folk picked up at random (and in this case) without the right medical qualifications. One needs only to read what medical scientists are saying! Professor Emeritus Richard D. Gill - of nurse Lucia de Berk fame (quoted below) is one of them. Google for more details.
