    ✏ FAQ
    - What is your name/age/where do you live/where is your church?
I prefer to remain anonymous simply because I feel like that's what God wants me to do. Maybe that will change in the future but right now I don't think it will. I like to think of it as living Matthew 6:1.
    - How do you choose the bible verses/topics to study?
A lot of my video topics come from requests from subscribers, so if there's a certain scripture or topic you would like to see a video on leave a comment below. When I'm studying my bible personally, I study areas that I know I need to improve in. Other times I randomly pick a scripture from the bible or I'll look up scripture mentioned in a sermon, etc.
    - What Bible do you use?
I typically read out of the NIV and I use the Bible app on my phone (made by Life.Church/ YouVersion).
    ✏ ABOUT
I am just a regular girl who loves Jesus and studying the bible. I have no formal training in the word (which is probably clear from the videos lol). Study the bible with me as I make videos using my bible study bullet journal. Having a bible study journal has helped me learn how to get closer to God. I use my Christian bullet journal as a way to learn more about the word. The bible study videos are typically women's bible study videos, however all are welcome here. I also post a new video every Friday on a new chapter of the bible, starting with Genesis 1! Study the whole bible with me as I learn more about God's word, chapter by chapter. I cannot put into words how beyond GRATEFUL I am for this channel and amazing group of believers that support and share feedback with each other. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♡
    Matthew 4:19

Something came to me as I was writing my observations today and I thought I would share it. I was writing the part where Moses tried to tell the people what the Lord had said, and rather than writing that they were discouraged by the brutality of their slavery I found myself writing that they were discouraged by their Own Pain! And this really spoke to me as I feel it was part of why they were discouraged but it is also relevant to us today even though we aren't slaves of Egypt. I live with fairly regular pain and I do find I get discouraged, I certainly question my worth and my reason for being. How can I affect change or help anyone for God when my body has changed so much and seems to fail me so regularly? But I really feel God telling me not to be discouraged, he has a reason and a purpose for me, I just don't see it yet. I do trust in Him but my humanity makes me waver sometimes. Even if we aren't in physical pain we can let the things that bring us pain discourage us and need to remember that He is our courage and our strength, all things through Him. xxoo

I love with chronic endometriosis and this comment really spoke to me. I was reading through exodus with a completely different mentality but after your comment I feel so enlightened. My body can do more than feel pain and is destined to live for the Lord. God bless you and be well! Xo

What I got out of this is that God can use all people its not just one specific person that he can use. He can use any and all but when we are called it is best that we are obedient in his word and have faith and go and do what he tells his people. Thank you for this bible study these are helping me tremendously.

I think the Lineage was mentioned there because through ALL the generations. God picked Aaron and Moses when He could've picked anyone else. And its kinda sad but understandable to see Moses still doubting because he was chosen to help God, and it was such a blessing even though Moses didn't see it as such.

I love how you mentioned that often times we ask if God is moving in our lives? But He is - always, we just may not see or feel it and it’s really our free will to choose to move closer to God and take steps of faith. It’s a collaboration with God on our lives, not just God doing everything. We’ve all felt the unhealthiness and hurt from one-sided relationships/friendships and with God it’s a real relationship, and for the full potential of that relationship to be manifested, it needs to be reciprocal. When you mentioned this, it reminded me of the earlier chapter when Moses “decided” to go closer to the burning bush because he was curious as to why it wasn’t burning up. That was the start for Moses, once he got closer, God spoke. I’ve been thinking lately, that that’s how I want to approach God- with curiosity. Also, I’m realizing that a relationship with God is like a marriage…it does take a willingness to put forth effort. Thanks again for your videos! I love how they are short and simple.

I noted that in this chapter ‘ I am the Lord ‘ is repeated 5 times reinforcing that he is Lord in all our situations. He also give 7 ‘i will’ promises confirming his Covent with the children of Israel

2/25/23 (Saturday) 🤔Hi, just sharing thoughts:
🖋Enduring Word By David Guzik (Exodus 6:14-26 on Lineage)🖋
    i. This portion is important because the priesthood that will eventually come from the family of Aaron will be passed down to his descendants. Therefore, it was important to know exactly who his descendants were.
    b. The sons of Korah: These were related to Moses and Aaron; their father Korah was a cousin to Moses. The sons of Korah will also play part in a significant event before Israel reached the land of Canaan (Numbers 16). Thanks🤔

I think I might have an answer to your question concerning v. 13. God might have been reiterating the fact that the Levites favor with Him and that he will free the Israelites. It reminded me of the burning bush when he told God that he wasn't capable of the assignment God gave Moses.

I hate to be that person....again..but life has really been kicking me around. At the beginning of the year, I quit my job because I wanted to take a leap of faith, (I was trying to pursue something else)anyways that ended up not going through, and by the time I was hired again the pandemic hit. I had something happen with my living conditions and if it couldn't have been worse my car decided to die on me. And for the past two weeks, I've been feeling myself spiral back down. I've been feeling myself trying to revert back to my old self. It's been tough and I'm proud of myself for sticking or perhaps clinging to the fact that God has something in store for me. After you've read this long monologue lol, my question is, How do you continuously stay positive that God's working in your life? Especially when you've noticed Him working in everyone else's?

    • @BibleBujo
      @BibleBujo  3 года назад +5

I'm so sorry about everything you're going through right now. The truth is - I've been there, even down to quitting my job (more than once) and falling into very difficult circumstances. The only thing that kept me going was relying on His word. It wasn't always easy... especially when everyone else seemed to have it all together. But when I started focusing more on God and less on what others have going on around me, it helped greatly. I took a huge social media break during that time and realized that was such a good thing for my mental health. Hope this helps and praying for your journey 🙏🏽 ❣️ James 1:2

Looking at Moses and Aaron's lineage, it made me think about Aaron during the beginning of Exodus when boys had to be killed. Is he older than Moses? If he was born after was he hidden as well? Etc.

Thank you for another amazing video. You have taught me how to read the Bible and learn from it amd I love watching the videos then reading the comments even more and learning like how’s God says “I am the Lord” 7 times now I am fairly new to the Bible but what was Gods covenant? Is the 7 meaningful of 7 days or is it something more?

My Zondervan amplified translation study Bible says for Exodus 6:14-27. "The family history of Moses, Aaron, and Miriam is important because all of Israel's future priests would come from this family."

I like on this chapter that God says, "I was known to them by my name as God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVA they knew me not" this is the first time we learn The LORD God's name is JEHOVA. I also didn't know what Moses meant by "uncircumcised lips" so i'm assuming he means he's not good at speaking or speaks slow, like he said on chapter 5
