      Nasrin Islam yo your 13 make sure your you exercise daily could be anything like even playing sports and don’t eat too much sweets and unhealthy foods such as fried food also drink hella water then you’ll be tall and slim

      @@erh9431 I did this routine for like about a week straight with a couple misses, and I did end up hurting my leg to the point that it hurts to walk but it was an easy fix, keep doing it it won't hut as much later on!

    Update after almost 2 months: I stopped doing it after 1 month and I'm 162cm now! If you stay consistent you can and you will reach your desired height!
    Tips: sleep as long as you need, eat plenty of nutritious food, have a glass of milk every morning after stretching, use the law of attraction
    Don't compare your results to someone else's! You grow at your own pace!

      These stretches seem to give u good results. I’m trying to grow more other than stretches and I thank u so much for the other tips. Do u know how long I should do these stretches though because some people said they’ve shrunk back down

      @@aliciasworld1016 it depends on your age and your body because if you're older than 21 you won't grow anymore you just stretch your body and work on your posture to make yourself look taller. If you're younger than 21 you're still growing and with stretches you can speed up the process and kinda support your body to achieve YOUR maximum height. Every body is different and some people are smaller than other people and that's normal and you can't do anything about it, not even with stretches BUT if you do these stretches properly you will definitely grow a bit! Make sure to do it long enough, I heard from people that have been doing stretches for 2 months and they didn't shrink back down but it really depends on the individual body. Keep going because growing is a process that takes a lot of time but if you've been doing these stretches for a long time and you don't see any changes that's when you can stop because then your growing process is finished FOR NOW

      @@hahahazrina SAAAMMMEEE I used to be like 5 inches taller than my brother (1.5 years younger than me) and within a year he grew so much that now I’m like just over his shoulder.
      And just as a started to accept that I would never be taller than him again, I realised my sister (Flipping 4 years younger than me) is like 1/2 an inch away from being my height
      Even my youngest sister who is only 3 is more than half my height
      AND I THOUGHT BEING THE OLDEST MEANT I WOULD ALWAYS BE THE TAALESTTT 😩😩😩😩

    Week 1: I've completed the workout for 1 week already, but I don't think I grew 🤔 anyways im gonna do this for 7 weeks so.. i hope it works!

    Week 3: I didnt grew taller this week, but its okay coz i have a long way to go

    ( I'm in a growth spurt so I can theoretically grow more )

    week second :☑ I had 3 days rest, nothing changed
    I'm not doing these exercises anymore but now my height is 157,8.
    I wasn't doing these exercises, but I stretch because I train rhythmic gimnastics.
    Now I'm 159,5. I'm not doing actually these excercises, but I still train rhytmic gimnastics so I'm stretching more and now my height is 1.60cm

    After 3 months my height is 158.3cm. I stopped doing this after 2months because I felt like it kind of stopped working after a while😅. Well, it might not be the same for everyone. Keep trying everybody

    Current Height: 146.9 cm
    Target Height: 150 cm (first target 😅)
    Gender: Female

    🔘WEEK 1
    Day 1: ☑️ twice (its not easy as it looks like but im pushing my myself to move and stretch a little more even if i cant bear the soreness)
    Day 2: ☑️ twice (my body hurts so bad i wanted to quit)
    Day 3: ☑️ twice (still not really good but im trying my best and sorry for cursing you Elena 😥)
    Day 4: ☑️ twice (im getting used to back and calves pain now haha not funny)
    Day 5: ☑️ twice (its easier now to stretch but my back still hurts but it's worth it)
    Day 6: ☑️ twice (i can fully stretch my body without cursing)
    Day 7: ☑️ twice (its much easier now because i can finally touch my toes 😅 i could do it thrice if i want to)
    ✨Height in 1st week: (0.2 cm) 147.1 cm
    i think its not bad 😅 but i did also try other stretching exercise of WishtrendTV

    Day 1: ☑️ twice (after weeks of doing the stretch without a miss, i find this stretching more easier than what I've followed before and my body doesn't hurt now, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS 😊)
    Day 2: ☑️ twice (i didn't do it in the morning so i did twice tonight, July 24)
    Day 3: ☑️ twice
    Day 4: ☑️ twice
    Day 5: ☑️ twice (i forgot to do it in the morning, again, so i did twice tonight, July 27)
    Day 6: ☑️ twice
    Day 7: ☑️ twice (i got menstrual cramps today and it fcking hurts i cant even move, good thing it stop after hours of sleeping, so i still did it twice tonight, also this helps to lessen the pain of menstrual cramps 👍🏼)
    ✨Height in a 2nd week: (0.8 cm) 147.9 cm
    (JUST WOW!!! i didn't expect it to grow this much 😭, i might do it thrice next week 😂)
    (whenever I forget to stretch once I wake up I always double it at night because I don't want to miss a 7 minute 😂 i challenge myself to stretch in a month w/o any miss, I hope you do too 😘)

    AUGUST UPDATE: After a month of stretching, my height still remains the same the last time I measured it on July 2021. Several factors have contributed to this. I still have unhealthy sleeping and eating habits. Personal, work, and school commitments have also affected my daily stretching practices. As a result, I missed most of my stretching time targets [you can tell it on my accountability record above]. That's why I decided to not record my succeeding attempts after 09/06/2021 as I thought I was only doing it for accountability, not for growth. Despite the disappointing results I got for the last 2 months, I will still continue doing these stretches. I recalibrated my schedule and practice and officially started last 09/13/2021. I might start a different thread after the September 2021 update as this is already getting long and laggy to update daily. I might also release a video narrating this experience to share my stretching story with you guys. Let me know if you'd like that in this thread tho.

    Im gonna try this for the whole year (remind me for updates after each week, thanks!!)

    Week 1: At first it wasn't giving any results, but from the 2nd to 3rd day my mobility developed. Then eventually I grew to 160cm. I didn't drink milk, but I ate protein foods(esp chicken), taking vitamins such as(vit c, calcium, vit d, magnesium, zinc), and did sprinting along. I'd say sprinting really helped the most. Also, I drink pediasure which is a height booster drink made for children, I drink the ones from 10-15 years old. Gonna do the 2nd week now!!

    guys this really does work! I've been doing this video along with alivia d'andrea's stretching video to get taller for a month. I was 5'3 1/2 inches, now I'm 5'4 3/4! Try it it really does work. I also recommend drinking milk and jumping/standing a lot so you can maximize your results.

    A few ways to grow taller faster:
    1) Milk before bed
    2) 7-9 hours of sleep
    3) Zinc vitamins [optional]
    4) Sleep with ur legs straight [not so sure if this is true but I just do it]
    I grew a little taller overnight by doing all 4 :) gonna try these stretchers to grow more taller. Thanks for the video ♡

      also sleeping before 10 helps because that’s the best time to grow ( for me I sleep really late so I shrink 1 or 2 cm, I try to sleep earlier but lol ) so pretty much sleeping late requires more time to grow for me

    I’m 161 cms tall (5 feet 3.386 inches).
    It’s nearly 7 am but I still haven’t slept so I tried this, and I’ll do it another time when I wake up.

    I used a tape ruler so I can’t be specific but when I saw the measurements on my wall after. I saw that I grew a little, about the size of a penny but a little smaller.
    Week 3: no changes
    Week 4: no changes
    Updating every week or two, and I’m still doing it twice a day. Most days I do it once in the morning and once at night but lately switched to once in the afternoon and once at night.

    Just here to help you guys! I did some stretching exercises for 1 month last year and I did grow visibly taller but I discontinued after that and I went back to my actual height. Upon some research and professional advice I came to know that if you are stretching then you need to continue that for at least few months so that your muscles don't contract back to original length.       You got back to your height because stretching doesn't help growing taller
      It just improves posture
      You can't stretch bones. You just stretched the cartilage in your spine.

      And improving the posture isn't the point of the video. She literally says that these stretches can help you grow taller.

      And she means the stretches can make you grow taller because it improves your posture.

    I have heard many people saying that height doesn't incresae after age of 18. Its not true in my sister's case. When she was 18 years old, she was exactly my height and i am younger than her. Then almost after an year she was like almost 1.5 inches taller than me. I also asked her about this and she admitted that she grew some height during her college time. I have also seen many videos on youtube of girls admitting that they grew after 18. So if you are under 18 definitely you can grow(because i grew and i am a girl) and even if you are 19-25 years old, still u have a chance. Just have faith on you and god. No faith no gain😅🙏

    Background ( something that gives me a glimpse of hope to grow a bit taller): I am the shortest among all my male cousins.
    Since there is almost nobody in their 20s in the comment section, I will keep you guys updated every month to see if there's hope for people in my age group.

    Update 1 : 10/3/20 :
    It’s been 1 week since i started doing these stretches in the video every day and night and i am so far seeing slight results with my height increasing by nearly a centimetre or about 0.8 of a centimetre
    Update 2 : 22/1/22
    it’s been a very long time since i first did these stretches and honestly i did them up until 20/3/20 so nearly 3 weeks and saw an increase of about 1.5 cm in that time, now 2 years later i am 166cm tall at 15 years old, I have just been eating quite averagely and doing lots of excercise and getting average or more sleep, anyone who sees this please don’t worry you will grow and i will update this again probably in 2 years when i am almost at my adult height
    For Reference ;
    my parents heights : 161cm and 162cm respectively for my mum and dad

    So recently I went to a modeling casting. They measured me and said I was 164,5cm. It’s March. So they told me if I grew 5,5 cm till September (in 6 months) I can come back. I started exercising 2 days ago.

    Update: April 23rd: I exercised for two weeks straight (morning and before going to sleep) and grew 1,2cm

    I did these stretches while i quarantined for 15 days and a few days later that i continue to stretch another 17 days and I grew a total whooping 1cm.
    I use to be a bit shorter than my mom. Now my mom is a bit shorter than me.
    I'm already 19 and recently got infected by covid but I grew a cm with these stretches.
