I really appreciate Johnny to let us know what you do as a free of charge training. Please keep the videos coming because we need some more experience to do the job properly.
Thanks for the good content. I'm just starting up and tried white ecotex plastisol on black shirt. Much harder than I anticipated. The ink was thick and kept lifting up the shirt and clogged the screen on the 2nd shirt.
Make sure you mix the ink well and have an off contact on your press. Meaning, when you place the screen on the shirt to print make sure the screen is not touching the shirt and when you are using your squeegee make sure you have it angle enough.
@@tainoink thank you I believe you are right on. I did not mix the ink well and never knew about off contact. I have a cheap eBay single press I might need to rig something up for a shim. Maybe some quarters
Great video but you should do a step-by-step beginning guide we’re guys that don’t have machines or big equipment just may be a home table and a few screens to help them build their business and even techniques to get better👍🏽
Nice job. I'm interested in screen printing. I will like to know if you have been thinking of make an online course for those who can't attend on-site if so let us know, I will be the first one to sign up. Thanks again for educating others. Angel
Thank you Angel. Most definitely I will like an online class. here is my email tainosilkscreen@gmail.com so I can have your email to let you know when we could get started.
Why did you change from the Riley hopkins 300 to the anatol thunder? I am buying my first press soon but the anatol wait time is over 4 months which really sucks so it looks like im going for the Riley hopkins 300. I want to know if there is anything I should know before going for it.
Hey bro do you offer color separation ? I can do simple one color designs but I am looking for a place that can separate multiple colors or half tons for a good price
Thank you. I use the ryonet SVP Hybrid emulsion blue. It is a great emulsion for starters and till this day I'm still using it because for me a one of the best I have encounter.
Yes it is possible. You have to figure out the perfect time exposure but yes it could be done. I was able to do halftones years ago when I started and all I had was a halogen light. It use to take me 15 minutes to expose the screen with that type of light
Hola buen día hace un rato que veo tus vídeo y tengo una inquietud . si usted puede hacerlo en español si le fuera posible. Gracias soy de Santiago .R.D.
Like, he's speaking English but I have no idea what he's saying. There must be a whole other language for screen printing that regular people don't know about.
Not enough OGs on RUclips talking that talk about printing man. Thanks for all the insight.

I used a different color plastisol and used quarters for off contact. I was finally able to print some decent shirts 👍
What kind of Lazer are you using?

They both are great presses. I know a friend that bought the Riley Hopkins 300 and he loves it!

I am curious, what percentage do 1 color, 2-4 color, and 4+ color printing would you say you do?
Heyy Man,
Was wondering what the font is called on the shirt your wearing in your video? Like it a lot 👌😁
Some one did it for me a while back. I will have to ask him.
Good video. What emulsion you prefer to use?
Thank you. I use the ryonet SVP Hybrid emulsion blue. It is a great emulsion for starters and till this day I'm still using it because for me a one of the best I have encounter.
Hi. Appreciate your videos. What laser system are you using?
Please show a video of your laser set up. Does it come with the press or is it something you set up?
Hey man. Great content, I truly apreciated it. Just a quick question, the ink was Plastisol or Waterbased? Greetings from Mexico 🔥
Thank you for subscribing and supporting the channel. I only use plastisol at this moment. Looking to get into waterbase ink soon.
where do you get the laser light from?
I got is from Anatolequipment.com
Question do you think it’s possible to burn halftones with a homemade exposure unit?
Yes it is possible. You have to figure out the perfect time exposure but yes it could be done. I was able to do halftones years ago when I started and all I had was a halogen light. It use to take me 15 minutes to expose the screen with that type of light
Taino Ink thank you so much brother. Bless you and thanks for making these videos for me.
What did you use to clean that screen just water? Or did you use any cleaning product? Thanks in advance
I use ink remover to clean off the ink from the screen. And to reclaim the screen use a emulsion remover
@@tainoink thanks alot appreciate it

Thank you. Thank you for supporting the channel.
Anyone out there know if there is aftermarket laser for older presses? Or know how to do a hack to add something?
I've seen DIY on RUclips. Can't remember the channel it was years ago.
Come on 10k subscribers!!!!
Thank you Gus. We are almost getting there.
That Zelda parody graphic is MINT, bud.
Thank you Mega Lab Limited.
