    5 minute, 3 ingredient homemade hard candy in any flavor/color you want! Perfect for Frozen themed parties, cup/cake toppers, Halloween, Breaking Bad, and more!
    🍫NO-BAKE 3 Ingredient Chocolate: bit.ly/1MF2v0o
    INGREDIENTS
    1 c granulated sugar
    1/2 c corn syrup {or Lyles Golden syrup//Homemade corn syrup}
    Color/extracts
    Corn Syrup I use: amzn.to/2bCA6Q3
    Lyle's Golden Syrup: amzn.to/1ykk6Ed
    Unfortunately, this recipe is not tested for agave or honey, I would only recommend these two.
    Silicone Mat for nonstick surface and easy clean up: amzn.to/2rkLiWL
    Note: my microwave is 1.58 kw. Adjust accordingly and when in doubt go low and slow or use a candy thermometer to achieve a hard crack stage which is 300*

    Heat it in shorter increments and have your microwave set on a lower setting (if it's adjustable). Don't walk away from it and really keep your eye on it. I hope this helps.

I made it FOREAL and I decided to get a little more craftistic and I mad lollipops I very satisfied with the taste its is delicious I'm actually eating it as I talk very great for something you may want to suck on however I didn't use food coloring and without it,it looks more realistic
    Taste scale: 1 out of 10.... 8.5 I didn't add any taste to it soo.
    Tomorrow I'm making a few for me and my Bestie to eat in class
    Sincerely, Tona

  • @MsHappyShine

    Cool recipe, never thought this would work using the microwave. If you want to change it up, you can use brown sugar instead of white.. use a splash of vanilla instead of food coloring and then add a few chopped almonds to the mix right before pouring.. and there you have it, the easy version for almond roca. Add some choc chips over the top while still hot if desired. I'm going to enjoy making different colored glass candy for Halloween, thanks for posting/sharing :-)
