bro i used to do my nails every. single. day. (bc im ok at doing my own nails) and did not take any breaks at ALL. atm i am not using any product bc im letting them grow (my nails used to be soooo long before i used nail polish) lol im 11 and good at doing nails. thats crazy. ANYWAY this video def helped a lot!
