1000 extra touches seems like a lot until you actually do it. I like to get at least 1000 juggles before every training session which can take anywhere from 10-15 minutes and it’s helped my first touch improve drastically over the last few years!

My first touch is really good but the ball at times still gets taken off me at times when I try to receive and turn.

I had to slow the video down to .5 of the normal speed but I finished it! It took 25mins but I am pouring sweat and feel like I did better than last time :D edit: thank you for your 1000 touch drills! i am a goalie and my footwork is a bit iffy :P but these have helped tremendously!
Absolutely you can, but I wanted to make the workout possible for those who don’t have a suitable wall that they can always access. This workout requires nothing but a ball 👍⚽️
